Revenue Checker — Terms of Service

These terms cover the Revenue Checker Chrome extension and the ApexSeller Platform dashboard at members.gnopartners-ph.online and ai.gnopartners-ph.online (together, "ApexSeller"), run by ApexSeller. By signing in or using ApexSeller you agree to them.

Your account

You sign in with a Google account (or an ApexSeller username given by ApexSeller). Keep your account to yourself: an account is for one person, and signing in elsewhere signs out your other session.
New accounts get a free 7-day trial of the dashboard and 20 revenue checks in the extension. ApexSeller Pro removes those limits for the period you subscribe; ApexSeller confirms each subscription before it starts.

Estimates are estimates

Sales, revenue, profit and opportunity figures are models built from public listing details (such as Best Sellers Rank) and, where available, real sales samples. They are not Amazon's or any marketplace's own figures and can be wrong. Check them before you buy stock or spend money; ApexSeller is not responsible for decisions made on them.

Connected seller accounts

When you connect a selling account (for example Google Merchant Center, Amazon, eBay or Shopify), you approve ApexSeller's access on that platform's own page and can disconnect at any time in the dashboard or on the platform.
ApexSeller only reads or changes data in your connected account to show you your own data or when you ask it to (for example, listing or fixing a product). You stay responsible for what is listed in your accounts and for following each platform's own policies.
Google user data is handled as described in our Privacy policy, including Google's Limited Use requirements.

Fair use

Don't use ApexSeller to break any marketplace's terms, to overload or scrape other services, to resell ApexSeller's data in bulk, or to break the law.
AI-written listings and marketing text are suggestions; review them before you publish.
ApexSeller may suspend accounts that misuse ApexSeller.

Not affiliated

ApexSeller is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Amazon, Google or any other marketplace named in it. Their names and marks belong to their owners.

Changes and ending

ApexSeller is provided as is. We may change or stop features, and update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. You can stop using ApexSeller at any time and ask us to delete your account.
